Refund policy

Our return and refund policy has a duration of 15 days, counting from the date the package is received, after this time the refund or exchange request cannot be made.

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be UNUSED and in the same conditions in which they were sent, any returned product will go through the inspection process, in case the product does not meet the appropriate conditions, neither a refund nor exchange will be made.

THE PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITH THEIR SECURITY SEAL AND IF THEY ARE ALTERED, NEITHER THE EXCHANGE NOR THE REFUND WILL APPLY.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case of exchange or return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
